Job Summary:
- We're seeking a Sales professional responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the Central (MP and Chhattisgarh) and West (Gujarat) regions.
- This role involves managing key client relationships and driving growth in assets under management (AUM) within the assigned regions.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the asset management industry, a proven record in sales leadership, and strong market expertise within these regions.
Role & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the said regions to achieve AUM targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets within the region
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including institutional investors,financial advisors,and high-net-worth individuals
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and delivering value-added services
Revenue Growth & AUM Expansion:
- Drive revenue growth by increasing sales of the company's asset management products and services
- Focus on increasing AUM through strategic initiatives, including new client acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work with the compliance team to stay updated on regulatory changes that may impact sales processes or client relationships.
Key Skills & Qualification Requirement:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a regional role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and the asset management industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- In-depth knowledge of the regional market
Education: MBA / CA / CFA.
Experience: 8-10 years in Asset Management or Financial Services
