SVP - Debt Capital Market (10-21 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities:

- Origination: DCM teams work on the origination, structuring, execution, and syndication of debt-related products.

- Client Assistance: DCM bankers collaborate with coverage bankers to assess lenders' needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Maintain and supplement relationships with DCM investors including banks, financial institutions (private & sovereign), and asset managers (Domestic Mutual Funds + FIIs).

- To Syndicate DCM transactions

- To Prepare DCM deal market documents, including Industry Analysis, Commercial Viability & Financial Projections.

- Preparation of Financial Modeling & key ratio analysis, -Strategic Research and Due Diligence Procedure, etc,

- Preparation of Business Plan, Credit Rating & Investor Presentation, capital structuring, preparation of Info Memo/ Credit Appraisal Memo.

- To assist clients and DCM investors and their legal teams with deal structuring, diligence, and documentation.

- Issue debt and sell equity to raise capital.

- Manage initial public offerings (IPOs) and private equity placements.

- Discover and close potential investors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: About10+ years of DCM experience.

- MBA Finance / CA / CFA with exclusive experience of a minimum of 5 years in leadership and 3 - 5 years in DCM

Technical Competencies /Skills:

- Deep understanding of the Debt Capital Market

- Should have dealt in bonds,

- Debentures, and

- Capital market issuances.
