Job Overview:

We re hiring a Branch Manager to lead our branch, oversee a team of Loan Officers, drive sales, ensure compliance, and manage queries from walk-in customers for Loans against property/Mortgage Loan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership

Recruit, train, and motivate Loan Officers
Set performance expectations and foster teamwork

2. Sales and Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies
Build relationships with referral sources

3. Loan Operations

Oversee loan origination and processing
Review loan applications and provide guidance

4. Customer Service

Promote exceptional customer service
Handle customer concerns
Manage queries from walk-in customers

5. Financial Management:

Manage the branch budget
Analyze financial reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business or related field
3-5 years of mortgage lending experience
Strong knowledge of lending regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
