Job Summary:

The Contract Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the contract auditing process. This role involves coordinating the preparation, review, tracking, and renewal of contracts while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and Expectations. The coordinator serves as a liaison between internal departments to facilitate smooth contract operations, execute contract related initiatives and help resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience financial/general auditing firms and data entry, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software (Docusign a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
