Job Description
Job role: Virtual Assistant
Experience: 1- 2 years similar role/ Mortgage
Location: Remote (*within Coimbatore Location)
Shift: US EST Time Zone (IST: Night Shift)
Job Description:
- Email Management
- Prepare settlement statements (e.g., HUD-1 or Closing Disclosures) in compliance with RESPA guidelines.
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to gather necessary documentation.
- To make Outgoing calls to Clients.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Front
