Store Ambassador

Role:
We are seeking a passionate Store Ambassador to join our team. If you love fashion and understand fabrics, this role is for you! You will help customers find the perfect products and create a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner.
Help customers choose products based on their style and needs.
Utilize your knowledge of fabrics and fashion to explain to customers about product features and benefits.
Keep up with current fashion trends, product offerings and help with store displays to make the shop look appealing.
Support inventory management by keeping track of stock levels and assisting with restocking when necessary.
Participate in promotional events and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences.

Candidate Profile

Strong passion for fashion and a solid understanding of various fabrics.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in fashion design, textile studies, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
