Tech Specialist- Male

Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical development of our mens apparel, ensuring that designs are not only stylish but also functional and feasible for production. You will collaborate closely with design, sourcing, and production teams to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Development: Work with the design team to translate concepts into technical specifications, including garment construction, fit, and material requirements.
Fit Analysis: Conduct fit sessions and analyze garment samples to ensure the highest standards of fit and comfort. Provide constructive feedback to improve design accuracy.
Specification Creation: Develop and maintain detailed tech packs, including measurements, construction details, and material specifications for each style.
Collaboration: Liaise with sourcing and production teams to ensure that designs can be efficiently manufactured while adhering to quality standards.
Problem Solving: Address technical issues that arise during the production process, offering solutions to maintain timelines and quality.
Trend Research: Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and manufacturing processes that can enhance product quality and innovation.
Quality Control: Assist in establishing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure that final products meet company standards.

Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical design or product development within the apparel industry.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and production processes.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
