Content Lead

Work Location: Ghatkopar (Office) & Bhiwandi,(Project Location), this role involves Travel to both locations. Travel & food at Bhiwandi will be provided by the company

As Content Lead, you will oversee content creation, manage production workflows, and lead a team of content producers to ensure high-quality output. You will align content strategies with business objectives, demonstrating a strong understanding of storytelling, production processes, and digital content trends. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire content creation process, from concept to final delivery.
• Develop and implement production workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of content producers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure that all content aligns with the company's strategic goals and brand guidelines.
• Monitor content quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure content strategies support overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on digital content trends and incorporate them into production plans.
• Manage production budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Handle any on-site coordination and supervision, including travel to Bhiwandi for shoots.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in media production, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content production management.
• Proven experience in leading a team and managing multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, production processes, and digital content trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and quick problem-solving.
• Proficiency in content management software and production tools.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
