Shoot Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate shoot logistics, including location scouting and crew management.
• Liaise with talent, stylists, makeup artists, and photography/videography teams.
• Coordinate equipment rentals, permits, and transportation as needed.
• Create and distribute call sheets, shot lists, and production documents.
• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring it remains on schedule and within budget.
• Handle any last-minute changes or issues, communicating promptly with the production team.
• Travel to Bhiwandi for shoots; company covers travel and food.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12 years of experience in production coordination, event management, or similar.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high-pressure situations.
