Job Overview
You will maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiates contracts, and ensures timely, cost-effective delivery of products and services. The role focuses on optimizing vendor performance and streamlining procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clear service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain ongoing vendor relationships, addressing any performance issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and align vendor supply.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and implement corrective actions if needed.
• Maintain detailed records of vendor agreements, invoices, and compliance.
• Travel to Bhiwandi for vendor coordination as needed; travel and food are provided.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and vendor performance tracking.
