Senior Creative Executive

Experience: 1-3 years

Note: Travel to Bhiwandi for shoots as required; we will cover travel and food.

You will handle the conceptualization and execution of design projects, ensuring we meet brand and client standards. This role involves team leadership, cross-departmental collaboration, and delivering top-tier visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, design strategies, and brand initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and other internal teams for cohesive creative outputs.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and final deliverables.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback for final execution.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and platforms.
• Travel to Bhiwandi for on-set design oversight and coordination; travel and food covered.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a design leadership or senior design role (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
