Senior Creative Designer

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer with over 6 years of experience, specifically in the jewellery or luxury goods industry. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional design skills, a deep understanding of jewellery aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand values into impactful visuals. Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Creative Leadership:
• • Drive the conceptualization and execution of high-quality creative designs for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• • Maintain the brands visual identity and ensure its consistency across all platforms.
• 2. Jewellery Industry Expertise:
• • Create exclusive designs for packaging, promotional materials, and in-store branding tailored to the jewellery market.
• • Collaborate with product designers to align marketing visuals with jewellery collections.
• 3. Marketing and Campaign Design:
• • Develop visual content for digital marketing, including social media graphics, email campaigns, and website banners.
• • Lead the design of seasonal campaigns (festivals, bridal, or exclusive collections) and special event promotions.
• 4. Trend Analysis and Innovation:
• • Stay updated on jewellery and luxury branding trends to introduce innovative ideas.
• • Incorporate modern design techniques and tools to elevate the brands creative output.
• 5. Team Collaboration:
• • Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, ensuring alignment with the brand’s creative goals.
• • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and retail teams to deliver cohesive visuals.
• 6. Quality Control:
• • Review and ensure all designs meet industry standards and brand guidelines.
• • Supervise the production of printed and digital materials to ensure accuracy and quality.

Technical Skills:

• • Mastery of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• • Familiarity with 3D design tools such as Rhino, Matrix, or KeyShot is a significant advantage.

Creative Expertise:

• • A robust portfolio showcasing jewellery-specific designs and luxury branding projects.
• • Strong aesthetic sense tailored to the jewellery market, including knowledge of color theory, typography, and composition.
