Job Overview
You are tasked with sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services in a cost-effective and timely manner, ensuring full compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Solicit and analyze bids, negotiate contracts, and finalize purchase orders.
• Maintain records of purchases, delivery timelines, and invoice reconciliation.
• Work closely with various departments to understand inventory and material requirements.
• Develop and maintain procurement strategies aligned with budgetary goals.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
• Travel to Bhiwandi for on-site procurement tasks; travel and food are covered by the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
