JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Setter for Sliding Headstock Type Automatic CNC Lathe (Citizen Cincom L32)
Work Location: Violin tech Unit-4 (CNC Machine Shop)
Department: Metals - CNC Production
Reporting To : Manager (Metals- CNC Production)
Educational Requirement: DME BE BTECHExperience Requirement:
1) Hands on Experience in Sliding Headstock Type Automatic CNC Lathe Citizen Cincom Models
2) 4 to 5 years Hands on Experience in CNC Machines (Minimum 2 years as a setter)
3) Individually handle the Machine & take Setting, Operating & Clearing alarms
4) Able to do Work/Tool offset correction
5) CMM report reading,Understand and Correction on the machine
6) Willing to work in rolling shift
7) Daily routine Maintenance activities carried out on machines
8) Basic CNC Programming knowledge (CNC Turning & Milling)
9) Handle Varies measuring instruments
10) 5S & Maintain good houskeeping
11) Knowledge about Collets,Collet type Fixtures & Live Tool holders
Skills requirement:
1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2) Basic knowledge about GD&T, Drawing interpretation Skills
3) Problem solving skills
