As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive range of marketing activities to drive brand awareness, public relations (PR), demand generation, digital marketing, and channel marketing. These activities will align with the business and sales objectives for the India and Middle East regions. You will work under the leadership of the Director of APAC Marketing and in alignment with the Managing Director for India & ME.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Planning:
Design, develop, and execute integrated marketing plans and programs to enhance brand awareness, engage customers and prospects, and generate new business opportunities.
Drive cross-selling and up-selling efforts to contribute to the sales pipeline.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Field Sales, Channel Sales, Pre-sales, and other stakeholders to manage and implement marketing programs aligned with business goals.
Budget Management:
Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets with a focus on return on investment (ROI).
Generate reports and analytics to evaluate results against regional targets and optimize marketing programs.
Channel Marketing:
Collaborate with the channel team and local partners to develop and execute regional channel marketing programs.
Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) in collaboration with local partners and key alliances.
