Job Description

Position Overview:

The role requires a deep understanding of the BPO industry's staffing needs, the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and the skill to engage top talent across various skill sets and levels. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure recruitment needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for different roles, such as customer service representatives, team leaders, and other BPO positions.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other methods to find and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct job interviews, assess candidate suitability, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews (phone/video interviews) to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent and improve the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities to continuously expand the talent pool.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in the BPO industry, recruitment best practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO or customer service industry.
    • Experience with high-volume recruiting and managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sourcing and networking abilities to attract diverse talent pools.
    • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
