Job Description
Job Role :-Product Owner

- Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize features that enhance compliance and usability.
- Backlog Management:
- Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and regulatory changes.
- Ensure clear documentation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including compliance teams, legal advisors, and technical teams.
- Conduct regular meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product objectives.
- Regulatory Knowledge:
- Stay informed about relevant regulations impacting the FinTech sector, ensuring that products meet compliance standards.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess the impact of regulatory changes on product offerings.
- Data Management:
- Utilize SQL to analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and compliance data.
- Work with data teams to ensure data integrity and support data-driven decision-making.
- Agile Methodology:
- Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements while maintaining a focus on quality.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the FinTech domain.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial industry (e.g., GDPR, AML, KYC).
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
