About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue.
You will play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy and positioning our company as a leader in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, events).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar.
- Set measurable marketing goals and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media channels and company website.
- Manage online advertising campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and webinars.
- Manage content creation and distribution across various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and media outlets.
Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Enhance brand awareness and visibility.
- Monitor brand reputation and address any brand-related issues.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and other teams.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's /masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
