As a rapidly growing gold loan NBFC, Unigold Finance Ltd provides most affordable consumer loans under the brand Unigold Gold Loans to retail customers against mortgage of their household gold to fulfil their diverse financial needs. Unigold Finance Ltd is an RBI registered NBFC with sizeable initial capital contribution from super HNI promoters.

Roles and Responsibility

- The candidate will be a part of the core finance team of the Specialised Gold Loan NBFC under the brandUnigold Gold Loans and will be involved in supervising and leading diverse activities including corporate governance, financial management and performance management, financial reporting, audit, tax and RBI related compliance, debt and equity syndication, relationship management with banks and financial institutions, investor relations and overall business planning and growth.

- The CA/ CMA will be a part of the lead team at Specialised Gold Loan NBFC and would be involved in business plans, strategy, and growth and performance management.

- A key aspect of the CA/ CMA role would be to lead the relationships with banks and financial institutions for debt syndication, co-lending, securitisation so as to develop a cost effective and robust pipeline of fund flow to support business growth.

- The CA/ CMA would also lead the accounts, audit and financial reporting team with aim at transparent reporting and strong constructive audit practices, to build a culture of integrity and ethical mind set. He will be involved in training and grooming of teams in finance and other departments to develop the requisite skill sets and mind sets in the organisation.

- As a part of lead team, the CA/ CMA will play a critical role in bringing operational efficiency, cost efficiency and performance management through deep insights, constructive debates, execution oriented outlook with ability to direct an on ground change.

- Building robust processes and policies to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency and build a robust structure that prevents diversion and fraud of all kinds. Process improvement and efficiency building will be integral part of the role of Chartered Accountant

Skills & Knowledge

• Must possess strong domain knowledge and understanding of financial and performance management, audit and taxation, corporate governance and best practices in finance, RBI and NBFC compliance, financial instruments such as CCD, CCPS, ICD, NCD, debt and equity funding.
• Self-motivated, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner, team player and ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Leadership and effectiveness in working with senior management to find innovative solutions to existing and emerging challenges.
• Proven experience in taking a stand, constructive confrontation and challenging leadership as appropriate.

Salary- 5lpa to 15 lpa

Location- Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Report to- DGM( Finance), Managing Director

Experience- Minimum 5+ years of experience
