Job Summary: We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to lead and execute SEO strategies for our agency. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and implementing SEO keywords, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
• Collaborate within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.
• Write compelling and high-quality content for SEO on-page tags and descriptions.
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify and target high-impact keywords to drive traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all web content is SEO-friendly and aligns with strategic goals.
• Manage all aspects of on-page optimization (e.g., meta tags, internal linking, content structure) and off-page SEO (e.g., link building, outreach campaigns).
• Design and execute white-hat link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Conduct competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to track and analyze SEO performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in successfully executing SEO campaigns.
• Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Knowledge of keyword research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Google & Meta Ads is preferred.
