Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Handle billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update financial records in Tally ERP.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in audits.
• Monitor cash flow and budget adherence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of billing processes and accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of GST rules and compliance procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
