Admission-Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to attract prospective students to Vidyashilp University.
• Lead and manage outreach activities, including school visits, college fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high school counsellors, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and participate in on-campus and virtual recruitment events, including open houses, campus tours, and webinars.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Analyse market trends and recruitment data to identify new opportunities and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
• Provide guidance and training to admissions staff on best practices for outreach and recruitment.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach initiatives, ensuring alignment with enrolment goals.
• Represent [Institution Name] at various events and meetings, promoting the institution's programs and values.
• Assist prospective students and their families through the admissions process, providing information and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in admissions, recruitment, or outreach, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in admissions and recruitment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other admissions-related software.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.
