Senior Manager/Assistant Director, IB Admissions and Outreach

1. Admission Counseling:
   
• Provide expert counseling and guidance to prospective students from lead generation to admission conversion.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with prospective students, parents, and schools.
• Design personalized admission strategies to ensure successful enrollment of students.
2. School Connect & Relationship Management:
   
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with IB, Cambridge, and other international board schools.
• Act as a liaison between the university and schools, ensuring ongoing engagement and collaboration.
• Regularly meet with school administrators, teachers, and career counselors to build awareness of the universitys offerings.
3. Event Management:
   
• Lead and manage career fairs, university summer schools, admission events, and other outreach activities.
• Plan and execute university representation at key school events, ensuring the institution’s value proposition is effectively communicated to students and parents.
• Ensure smooth organization and execution of all events to maximize student engagement and application rates.
4. Coordination with MIS Team:
   
• Collaborate closely with the Management Information Systems (MIS) team to track and analyze admission data and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor, update, and manage lead pipelines to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
5. Coordination with Registrar Office:
   
• Facilitate smooth coordination with the Registrar’s office to ensure timely and accurate processing of applications and admissions.
• Ensure all documentation and admission-related formalities are completed in accordance with university policies and timelines.
6. Collaboration with Outreach Manager:
• Work closely with the Outreach Manager to drive counselor connects at schools, ensuring consistent outreach and relationship-building efforts.
• Develop partnerships with coaching institutes and program aggregators, ensuring the university’s programs are effectively marketed and promote
7. Coordination with Marketing Team:
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and create compelling content for outreach and admission activities, including brochures, digital materials, presentations, and social media posts.
• Ensure that all content is aligned with the university's branding and messaging, specifically tailored to the needs and interests of prospective international board school students and their families.
• Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns to support outreach efforts and maximize visibility during key outreach periods.
