Outreach Manager & Events

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a strong network of pre-school partners, and create a partner engagement strategy.
• Conduct effective engagement activities for pre-schools and their parent community.
• Conduct a gamut of outreach activities and events, to generate prospects.
• Meet lead generation and sourcing targets, that would further contribute to admissions.
• Curate and coordinate workshops, parent engagement sessions, Open Days and other platforms

for effective engagement and lead generation.

• Publish a monthly calendar for preschool activities, and events for all institutes, and successfully

execute them.

• Maintain the lead database, and track conversions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Work experience of 4-7 years, with prior education experience, especially in the pre-school /

school sector is an added advantage.

• Existing pre-school network is an added advantage.

• Self motivated, with an ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Ability to learn and understand the schools unique proposition, and understand the parent

community, to curate effective events.

• Good knowledge of relevant lead management systems (e.g. CRM software).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
