Account Executive

Vidyalankar Group is looking for Accounts Executive with expertise in Finalisation of accounts, TDS & GST filing along with experience in TALLY.

Location: Dadar

Qualifications: C.A. Inter / C.A. Finalist / Has already worked in similar profile

Experience: 0-5 years

JD:

• Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and loss, Directors Report, Cash Flow Statements , Finalization of accounts, Preparation of Details for Tax Audit
• Maintenance of Bank Book, Cash Book, Journal Registers, Petty Cash Book, Ledgers, Bank Reconciliation Statements, Fees Collection Registers, etc
• Timely deduction and Payment of TDS, GST, EPF, PT, IT, etc. and filing of various Returns i.e. TDS, GST, EPF, PT, IT, ROC etc.
• Checking Compliances with Mandatory Accounting Standards and Disclosure Requirements
• Ensure Timely payments to vendors/creditors
• Ensure all the collection to be timely deposited in the bank and accounted in tally
• Ensure Timely Utility payments including Telephone, Electricity, Water and Property Tax to Concerned Department
• Ensure Minimum balances in all bank accounts, Renewal of FDs, Timely MF and SIP Investments
• Preparation of Budget reports and Variance Analysis
• Calculations of Advance Tax, timely payment thereof
• Checking of compliances with University Norms and conditions
• Ensure Updating Minutes Records
• Preparation & Submission of Annual Budgets to Charity Commissioner
• Checking of Trust Transactions with Income Tax Requirements and Prohibitions
• Monthly Trial Balance review
• Timely MIS reports to Management
