Technical Support Executive

Job Title: Support Technical Executive
Project: Property Tax
Salary to be offered: 20k to 22k per month
Role Overview:
The Support Technical Executive will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operation of the technical aspects of the project. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with development teams to ensure that all technical needs are met effectively and efficiently. The executive will be the go-to person for resolving technical queries and ensuring seamless integration and operation of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide real-time support to project stakeholders for any technical issues that arise.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues related to the project.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all technical support inquiries.

1. Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the development team to understand project infrastructure, tools, and workflows.
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions.
• Liaise with third-party vendors or service providers for any external technical support requirements.

1. System Monitoring & Maintenance:
• Monitor project systems, networks, and databases to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct regular system checks, updates, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, changes, and known issues.

1. Training & Documentation:
• Create and maintain support documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide training to end-users on the technical aspects of the project as needed.

1. Project Management Support:
• Assist project managers with technical input during planning and execution phases.
• Report regularly on the status of technical issues and resolutions.
• Identify and recommend potential improvements to technical workflows.

Required Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid knowledge of system architecture, networking, and database management.
• Familiarity with relevant programming languages (such as Python, Java, or C++) and development environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or IT role.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (such as ITIL, AWS, etc.) would be a plus.
