ServiceNow Developer - ITIL/ITSM

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer with experience to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Implementation: Design and customize ITSM solutions on ServiceNow, including workflows, service catalogs, and custom applications.

ITOM: Implement and manage ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).

ITAM & SAM: Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance with software licensing.

GRC: Implement GRC modules to support risk management and compliance.

Integration & Automation: Develop integrations and automation solutions across IT systems.

Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, conduct upgrades, and optimize the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications :

- Experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, and GRC.

Skills :

- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, integration, and ITIL practices.

Certifications :

- ServiceNow CSA required; CAD and ITIL certifications preferred.

Key Competencies :

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
