Viceroy Properties LLP - Assistant Manager - Business Development (5-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1.Product Market Research - Analyze competitors' strategies to benchmark performance and find gaps for potential growth.

2. Sales Strategy -Work with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

3. Primary & Secondary Research on Micro - Markets - Evaluate market data to prioritize key sectors or regions for expansion.

4. Deal & Feasibility - Evaluation -Evaluate potential deals by conducting due diligence and analyzing the financial and operational aspects.

4.Investment Deck Preparation-Create professional and visually appealing investment decks to pitch opportunities to stakeholders.

5. MIS preparation of activities -Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track and report activities and progress.

6. Documentation - Prepare regular reports on business development performance, identifying trends and improvement areas.

7. Internal & external Coordination & track progress on deals - Track the progress of ongoing deals and report on milestones, risks, and challenges.

8. Assist the department head in all Business development activities
