Vice President / Sr. Vice President - Marketing / Business Development

Client Engagement:

Take appointments from corporate clients and conduct meetings to understand their business transactions.

Develop a thorough understanding of clients' needs, risk exposures, and insurance requirements.

Build strong relationships with clients to effectively position General insurance solutions.

Policy Pitching and Explanation:

Present and explain different General insurance policies to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and coverage options.

Customize insurance solutions based on clients' specific requirements and risk profiles.

Address any queries or concerns raised by clients regarding the policies.

Data Collection and Quote Sourcing:

Gather necessary data and information from clients to facilitate the quotation process.

Liaise with various insurance companies to obtain competitive quotes tailored to clients' needs.

Analyse quotes and provide recommendations to clients based on coverage and pricing.

Policy Placement and Compliance:

Facilitate the placement of General insurance policies once quotes are finalized.

Ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions, including documentation requirements.

Assist clients in understanding their obligations under the policy and provide guidance on compliance matters.

Client Servicing:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the policy term.

Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients with policy-related inquiries, claims processing, and any other service requirements.

Proactively engage with clients to review and reassess their insurance needs on a periodic basis.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with corporate clients at all levels.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
