Job Description

HR Strategy & Planning
Participate in the formulation of people strategy of the organization; Support CHRO in preparing overall HR roadmap and identify key imperatives for the year for relevant HR domain basis historical data, business/region requirements and priorities; Review and provide inputs on the HR budget based on key imperatives and market realities; Track and review the progress across various HR metrics in relevant areas and take corrective actions in case of deviations.
HR CoE Strategy, Planning & Delivery (e.g. TA, TM , C&B etc.)
Lead strategy and planning in relevant HR domain (TA/ TM/ C&B etc.) by identifying actions, initiatives and roadmap for the year; Guide team during plan execution, on escalated issues and monitor progress periodically; Analyse market best practises in relevant HR domain and identify gaps/ areas of improvement and propose revisions to management; Lead communication to top management (GMC) on aspects related to relevant HR domain; Provide advisory support to BUs/ Regions during implementation of policies, practices and proactively seek inputs to further improvise on existing processes; Track adherence to budget through the year and take corrective actions if required.
Business/Region HR Strategy, Planning & Delivery (e.g. GES, Americas etc.)
Prepare relevant business units/regions HR key imperatives for the year covering individual plans for relevant HR processes basis historical data, business requirements and priorities; Provide inputs on policy changes required within business line to Corporate HR CoEs; Track and review metrics on various factors like employee engagement, attrition, headcounts, vendor costs, investments required in employees etc; Drive implementation of various HR processes within the BU/region like PMS, C&B, TA and TM; Liaison with relevant CoE HR leaders during implementation; Track adherence to budget and take corrective actions in case of deviations
Strategic Projects & Initiatives
Participate in identification of HR projects and initiatives; Discuss project scope with internal stakeholders and seek required approvals; Identify and select vendors/partners; Nominate internal project team, define project plan and key milestones; Monitor and review progress against project plan and take corrective actions if required; Discuss project success with key stakeholders and feed inputs in next years plans.
Team Development
Regularly review team structure and assess talent requirements; participate in the recruitment and selection process; conduct goal setting and performance review for the team; drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives; coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues.
