Intelligent Automation Scrum Master, VP

Role Description

The role is for an Intelligent Automation Agile Scrum Master who will report to a senior lead within the IBCPO F2B transformation team, to coach and work with infrastructure / development team(s) and Technology & Operations VPs / Directors.

Your key responsibilities

• Scrum Master covering 2/3 development pods (matrix & direct teams)
• Facilitate and co-ordinate Scum Ceremonies (daily Standups, sprint planning, sprint review retrospective)
• Champion Automation: evangelize the value of automation, showcasing its impact and fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement environment
• Build for success: lead the creation of clear objectives and a well-groomed product backlog wiles pro-actively removing roadblocks to keep sprints agile
• Metrics: maintain / monitor project progress (Kanban/scrum board) and ensure transparency throughout the development process
• Interfacing between technology Functional Areas, F2B Project Teams & and Business Ops functions ensuring projects are delivered to timeframes and agreed scope
• Deep knowledge of agile (scrum, kanban lean) methodologies and capable of helping teams to address dysfunctions ensuring continuous improvement

Your skills and experience

• Extensive intelligent automation ScrumMaster / PM experience, (3 years+) with the RPA / Microsoft Power Platform and its components
• Proven experience in executing various tasks that ensure end-to-end delivery of an RPA project including qualification assessment (business case / solution design), development (build review), UAT
• You are an inquisitive, proactive end-to-end problem solver with solid hands-on experience working in an Agile environment. Min 2 years experience with Agile ways of working
• Strong communication, ability to liaise virtually with senior stakeholders across global offices
• Min 3 years experience within the finance industry

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Product Owner.
