Job Description
- Analytical Excellence
- Build or assist in building and maintaining proprietary benchmarking model to estimate granular product level key performance metrics
- Organize, analyze, synthesize and summarize data and information using appropriate analytical methodologies and frameworks. Conduct quantitative analysis as necessary.
- Analyze the relationship between Costs drivers and reported/ estimated Cost by checking for a variance between them and reasons for the same.
- Execution Excellence & Stakeholder Management:
- Build, maintain and update cost estimates and allocation methodology model based on public and private data sources as well as client feedback.
- Identify Costs drivers for Cost types from public sources, e.g., cost of property in key locations, Technology cost etc.
- Prepare output with analytical insights for the clients leveraging industry experience, internal, external and client data sources and present the same to senior stakeholders.
- Drive various internal and external discussion to validate input data.
- Co-ordinate with other research delivery teams in India and relationship managers across geographical locations for deliverables.
- Talent Development:
- Foster a cohesive, creative and comfortable working environment
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of team members providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
- Create performance benchmarks, i.e., quality and quantity benchmarks for Junior Associate, Senior and Junior Analysts in consultation with the Director
- Manage and/ or work with an expanded team of analysts while working on multiple projects
- Leading process improvement, skill development, technology/tool development initiatives
- Mentor and train new research analysts
