Vicco - Area Sales Manager (8-10 yrs)

Are you a sales leader with a passion for driving growth? Vicco is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our expansion in Tamil Nadu! If you have a strong background in FMCG sales and expertise in managing distributor networks, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market growth in Tamil Nadu.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.

- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

- Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.

- Monitor sales performance, ensure timely collections, and report to management.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 8+ years in FMCG sales, preferably in personal care or Ayurvedic products.

Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.

- Languages: Proficiency in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus).

- Other: Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
