Billing Engineer - Civil

Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Billing Engineer - Civil with 10-14 years of experience to manage all billing-related tasks for civil warehouse construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate preparation, verification, and processing of bills, along with thorough documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare measurement sheets for civil works.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and billing data for invoicing purposes.
• Collaborate with the project management and site teams to ensure timely submission of bills.
• Scrutinize and verify project cost estimates, work orders, and variations.
• Reconcile materials on-site with bills to ensure compliance with procurement and consumption records.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to contractual terms, conditions, and timelines for billing and payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10-14 years of experience in billing for civil projects, with exposure to large-scale infrastructure or warehouse construction preferred.
• Proficiency in billing and project management software such as MS Excel, Tally, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in warehouse or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for billing and project documentation.
