Billing Engineer

Position: Billing Manager

Qualification: Diploma - Civil, B.Tech/B.E. - Civil

Experience: 5+ years

Location - Navi Mumbai (Mahape)

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Drawings & Records thereof including date of receiving and issuance of drawings etc.
• Preparing Deviation Statements/Project Cash flows.
• Maintaining complete records of work done at site
• Preparation of Monthly bills and getting it certified for the project
• Monthly Material reconciliation.
• Identification of extra items, preparation of rate analysis of those items & getting approval of extra items from client/consultant.
• Records of delays, hindrances caused by the Client/ inclement weather conditions.
• To prepare Time extension & Price Escalation cases.
• Preparation of pcs bill, subcontractors bills etc, checking & follow-up of the same.
• Comparative statements and Work Orders of PRW's.
• Preparation of bar bending schedule.
• Generating periodical MIS /reports in prescribed form in order to update all concerned authorities on the matter.
