Summary

As a Client Administrator, your main duty is to guarantee efficient and compliant service provision to our varied client base. This role is essential in delivering outstanding client service and in ensuring compliance with tax, immigration, and mobility regulations. You will play a pivotal role in assisting clients to smoothly and confidently navigate these complex areas.

Job Description

• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to assist clients in effectively navigating systems and resolving issues.
• -Ensure all client documentation adheres to current tax and mobility regulations, maintaining up-to-date records.
• -Address and resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex cases as needed.
• -Generate and deliver management reports to the Engagement team and other internal stakeholders.
• -Oversee and maintain accurate financial reporting using technology platforms.
• -Manage vendor invoices, including cash allocations, disbursements, billing, and reconciling complex backing sheets.
• -Aid teams with onboarding new clients, including conducting AML checks, drafting proposals, and preparing engagement contracts.
• -Work in collaboration with RandQ specialists on complex client cases.
• -Organize VIP briefings and provide administrative support to account managers.
• -Assist with UTR support, follow up on non-compliance for forms, and identify areas for process standardization.
• -As your expertise develops, you will:
• -Facilitate the training and skill enhancement of the wider team.
• -Forge and nurture robust client relationships, serving as a reliable advisor.
• -Understand client needs to deliver proactive solutions and informed recommendations.
• Identify and implement standardized approaches to enhance process efficiency and consistency.
• -Drive efficiency both onshore and offshore through effective coordination.
