Job Description
Qualification: Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA
A US CPA or Enrolled Agent is preferable.
Excellent communication skills.
Sound technical knowledge with respect to US Individual taxes (Form 1040).
Should have experience reviewing US Tax Returns (Form 1040) for least 12-18 months.
Should have prior experience interacting with Foreign offices and assignees.
Work Location: Bangalore / Kolkata /Remote.
Job Description
Review all types of US individual income tax returns.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency of tax technical knowledge.
Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met.
Identify and lead new services that the service line can perform at the VVN.
Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates Specialists.
Demonstrate leadership and executive presence.
Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders.
Knowledge of the firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines and knowledge-sharing.
Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently.
