Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense and the ability to transform concepts into high-quality designs for digital and print media. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to create visually appealing assets that communicate our brand message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and create visually engaging designs for a variety of media including websites, social media, print ads, email newsletters, brochures, and more.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of visual style and branding across all design projects.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing, content, and product teams to understand the design requirements and create assets that meet project goals.
• Concept Development: Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Typography & Layouts: Select typography, colors, and imagery to create visually appealing compositions.
• Prepare Files for Production: Ensure that final designs are production-ready and meet the technical specifications for both digital and print formats.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• File Management: Maintain an organized file system and provide assets in a variety of formats as required by teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (typically 2+ years).
• Skills:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Knowledge of design principles for web and mobile design.
• Familiarity with digital design formats and print production processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design work, demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
