Job Description: Graphic Designer (Intermediate/Intern Level)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and resourceful Graphic Designer who can think outside the box and create visually stunning and engaging content. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for research, trend analysis, and inspiration from various industries to produce impactful designs for diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Content Creation: Design exceptional social media posts, reels, video edits, presentations, blogs, and product explainer videos.
• Strategic Ad Design: Develop creative assets for meta ads and other promotional campaigns.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze trending visuals, reels, and viral posts to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
• Content Inspiration: Draw insights from advertisements, hoardings, TV/radio ads, and online trends to craft standout content.
• Tool Proficiency: Work with tools such as Canva, Figma, AI design tools, and other relevant platforms for content creation and design optimization.
• Collaboration & Learning: Actively explore new skills, learn from peers, and identify opportunities to enhance designs and add value to projects.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, and other design tools; familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling techniques.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and evolve with industry best practices.
• Ability to research, adapt, and execute designs catering to various industries.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strategic approach to design challenges.
