Library Characterization Engineer (Memory / GPIO / Standard Cell)

1. Generation, Updation and Maintenance of libraries of Standard cells / GPIOs / Memories

2. Working knowledge of Characterization setup and flows

3. Experience with Industry standard tools SiliconSmart (Synopsys) and Liberate (Cadence) tools for characterization

4. Experience and working knowledge of Library views (.libs/dB) Timing, Noise and Power models

5. Preferable having knowledge/experience in IBIS modelling and validation

6. Preferable having knowledge/experience in characterization of Analog circuits/blocks

7. Knowledge and experience in QA flows and checks of library views

8. Database management, datasheet generation and Release of library views

9. Preferable with scripting knowledge (PERL, Python, Shell) would be added advantage
