Position: Telecaller

Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday off)

Location: Ulsoor Road, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

- Daily Calling Target: Make 100-150 calls daily to potential clients or customers.

- Lead Generation: Engage in meaningful conversations to identify qualified prospects.

- Meeting Scheduling: Set up 5-6 meetings or appointments daily for the sales team.

- Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective clients.

- Database Management: Update records and maintain accurate information about leads and follow-ups.

- Reporting: Provide daily call and appointment reports to the supervisor.

Requirements :

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in [English, and Hindi].

- Sales Orientation: Ability to persuade and generate interest over calls.

- Time Management: Ability to manage call volumes and appointments effectively.

- Target Driven: Motivation to achieve daily and weekly targets.

- Availability: 6 days a week, with Mondays off.
