Assistant Account Manager

Vacancy is for Assistant Accounts Manager. Company is engaged in accounts and compliance outsourcing of various companies. Company is located very near to Janakpuri West Metro Station (Delhi).
Role & responsibilities

• Person will be responsible for: Daily accounting and voucher filling,
• Answering emails and interaction with employees and stakeholders.
• Performing reconciliations, Manage the full financial process.
• Review salary and payroll processing (paypack),
• posting and reconciliation PF Deposit,
• Gratuity and leave encashment compliance GST Compliance,
• Returns and Payments, ROC TDS Deductions, Payments and Returns
• Fixed Assets register maintenance
• Income tax return filling. Managing/training/guiding a team of 6-7 members
• Bank Payments, Balance Sheet Finalisation, Accounts Finalisation
• Travelling expenses verification (happay software) and payment- All Software.
• Preparing MIS and verification of various compliances applicable.
• Interaction with senior management/ Google sheet.

Preferred candidate profile

• Person having good communication skills in english, CA Dropout only and having experience of CA firm shall be preferred.
• Good command over MS Office- Excel,
• Word and power point and Tally.
• Person should be graduate, MBA in finance or CA Dropout.
