.Net Developer - C#/MVC/SQL (3-7 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in SQL and take on a technical lead role. This position requires at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, solid SQL knowledge.

The candidate should excel in MVC architecture, data handling, and leadership, with the ability to guide team members and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and enhancement of modules in .NET applications using MVC, SQL.

- Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.

- Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support robust data workflows.

- Review and troubleshoot code, particularly focusing on performance and optimization across both SQL.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, then translate these into technical specifications for the team.

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and maintaining code quality.

- Set and maintain high standards for software performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

- Lead client interactions when necessary to discuss technical solutions and improvements.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in .NET development, specifically using MVC framework.

- Proficiency in C# and a solid understanding of OOP principles.

- Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database design.

- Proven leadership abilities in a technical lead role, with a track record of managing tasks and mentoring junior team members.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs.

- Certifications related to .NET development or MVC framework.
