Technical Lead - Web Development (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage all technical aspects of web development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders (clients, product managers, designers) to define project requirements, scope, and technical strategies.

- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.

- Participate actively in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability of the codebase.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges that arise during development and deployment.

- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development.

- Drive process improvements, tool adoption, and the implementation of new methodologies to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

- Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.

- Lead technical discussions with clients, providing clear and concise explanations of technical concepts and recommendations.

- Collaborate with third-party integrations and APIs to enhance the functionality of web applications.

- Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), infrastructure as code, and automated testing.

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of web applications across different platforms and devices.

- Implement and monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.

- Mentor junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development.

- Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in web development, with a strong understanding of front-end HTML, CSS, JavaScript and back-end PHP, Node.js, Python technologies.

- Proven experience in leading and managing web development projects across multiple platforms WordPress, Shopify, Magento, MERN stack.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
