International Voice Process Professional

Hyderabad Hiring Requirements:

Excellent Communication in English.
Minimum 8 months of Experience is required in International Voice ( Inbound Calling only ) on Paper.
Candidates must comfortable working in night Shifts and Work from Office.
Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from customers, gather information, and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, or customer satisfaction surveys.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer questions.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
Sales: Contribute to sales efforts by promoting products and services to customers.
Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and information in our CRM system.
Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals.
Working:- 5 Days ( Rotational Week off)
