Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with US customers about their overdue payments

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.

• Investigate historical data for each debt and take action to encourage timely debt payments.

• Process payments and resolve customer credit issues.

• Update account status records and collection efforts.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should have work experience in the International Voice process along with Collections or other voice process

• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques

• The candidate should have work experience in International Voice based Collections.

Qualifications

• Able to work night shifts.

• Proficiency in MS Office and databases.

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

• Good Negotiation and Problem-solving skills.

• Any degree

• 6 days working per week(Sunday fixed weekoff)
