Sygnius Digital is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates (12th Pass and above) with exceptional English communication skills and a desire to build a successful career in sales.

About the Role:

The BDA role plays a vital role in driving new business development through international voice processes. You will be responsible for:

• Reaching out to potential customers and establishing rapport
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge and effectively conveying its value
• Contributing to achieving sales targets

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and articulate English with a professional tone.

• Proficiency in Call Center Operations: Experience with servicing inquiries and utilizing relevant software (a plus)

• Typing Skills: Ability to type accurately and efficiently.

• Positive Attitude and Discipline: A self-motivated individual with a commitment to professional growth.
