International Voice Process Executive (Day Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients.
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries regarding products, services, or support issues.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and courtesy during interactions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, service updates, and process changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a voice process role (preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Shift Timings: Day Shift - 9 am to 6:30 pm
