Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Job Location: Virtual / Remote
Roles & Responsibilities:
â Virtual Front Desk management.
â Attending to employees and clients who come to the virtual office,
understanding their requirements, and directing their inquiries to the
concerned team member.
â Manage the managerâs calendar, prioritise/schedule various tasks, and take
care of various due dates & schedule meetings, and maintain a work log.
â Help your manager organise team-building activities that happen
monthly, quarterly & annually.
â Build a strong bond with employees.
â Ability to develop people management skills.
Skills Required:
â Advanced knowledge of Zoom, Google Calendar, Gmail & MS Office.
â Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
â Should be multitasking, energetic, and have a positive learning attitude.
â Sharp time management skills.
