Position : Administrative Executive

Education qualification Any degree

Technical qualification MS Office, Excel.

Experience 3-5 years in same role in Diagnostics or referral lab-B2b(Pathology), Labs services

Preferred Industry Medical Diagnostics /Hospitals/Retail business
Key responsibilities

  1. Understanding the Tricorder diagnostics business model and assist its clients as per their need within the protocols.
  2. New clients registration and facilitating them to how to use the package.
  3. Technical support assistance when client needed with the support of IT team,
  4. Coordinating with Accounts team in updating client payment dues in the software.
  5. To be a point of contact for end to end customer services with the support of internal staff.
  6. Taking the feedback from clients and sharing to concerned dept leads for improvement of services.
  7. Executing administrative tasks In day to day operations in the business.
  8. Generating reports as and when needed.
  9. Responsible for Client success ratio increase.
  10. Escalation of complaints and suggestions from clients and timely updating to concerned clients.
  11. Managing various scheduled maintenance and operational activities.
  12. Complete front desk operations management.
  13. Stock & inventory management, supplier and vendor management.
  14. Supporting sales team and admin teams as when required.
  15. Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution
  16. Curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates and much more
  17. Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
  18. Managing payment and delivery of customer orders
  19. Helping customers choose the right product for their requirements and budget
  20. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  21. Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals
  22. Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
  23. Forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and helping their team to develop new skills
  24. Fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients
  25. Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
  26. Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.
  27. Manage administrative chores and organizational tasks.
  28. Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and patients.
  29. Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.
  30. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department.
  31. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  32. Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files and maintaining office supplies.



Require Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills including both verbal and written (English, Hindi,Telugu)
  • Sales with Negotiation and Leadership abilities
  • Good knowledge of computer/ MS Office
  • Good Presentation and Client Relationship Skills
  • Zeal to achieve operational goals and targets
  • Should be creative, planner, self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's in Science Commerce/ Management/ Business (B. Com / BMS) or any other equivalent
  • Preferred/ Additional Qualifications - Master's in Business Management/ Marketing (MBA, MMS, PGDMS)
  • Minimum Experience - Min. 5+ years in Customer service, client relationship management in Medical Diagnostics/Referral labs
  • Relevant/Additional Experience - Experience in Medical or related Industries will be preferred
